Our family has had one crazy 2008 thus far. We have traveled to Arkansas twice, Dallas once and Chad and I also had a chance to go to a bed and breakfast last week for some much needed R&R.
Dallas was awesome..it had been about 6 months since we had been and there were so many changes in the girls since then. Whitney had recently gotten a yorkie for Christmas. This dog is adorable, she is only about 2 1/2 pounds max and is a ball of energy. We were a little worried about Kaylee's reaction since she has been a little afraid of dogs over the last few months. Suprisingly she did really well, actually she was obsessed with "Molly". She was bossing her around telling her "go outside Molly". It was sooo cute. Kaylee also took to Thomas and Whitney, she loved playing with the her big cousins, it is very neat to see her interract with older kids.
Brooklyn was certainley the center of attention... she was fed a variety of foods by her Uncle Bryan. He is famous for feeding babies all sort of things. She was a cutie and did great the whole weekend.
Hopefully our coming months will let our family slow down a bit. It would be great to have a weekend off with Chad and have nothing planned. But I know that will be hard to find... we allready have supercross and Kaylee's birthday pary coming up! Ahhhh.. one day we will relax, thats my goal anyway!
