And The Winner Is...

CHADLY.... Of course. It was soooo HOT, but I braved the track for a few hours with the girls. Kaylee loved to see all the "Vroom, Vroom's" and thought every guy with a helmet was her "Da Da". It was very entertaining. After Chad's first race I took the girls to my parents to take naps and cool down. Brooklyn returned the the track with me without her big sis who decided to take an extended nap at grandma's. Like I said it was very fun and Chad did great. He had the holeshot on both races and was never passed. He did almost fall about 10 feet in front of us, which was scary to say the least, but some how he recovered and finished 1st overall. He actually won some cool stuff like a pair of tires (retail $200), a gift cert, tickets to the Motocross next weekend(fun for him only...) and a plaque (like we needed another one).

Here are some pic's.

Face Lift!

So I thought the blog needed a little bit of a face lift, and thanks to a recomendation I found a lady who could accomodate.

I am very excited to say I am officially back to work! My days fly by and I miss the girls terribly but it is nice to challenge myself and the extra cash doesn't hurt. Chad and I are getting closer and closer to our debt free goal, hopefully by the end of the year we will have the bulk paid off!

As for the girls they are having a blast with there grandma. She is such a blessing. That is the only place I can drop Kaylee off where she does not cry for us when we leave. That says alot about how much she loves her papa and grandma. I think they just feed her popsicles all day to win her over. Brooklyn is getting sooo chunky, she had her 2 month check up and was 10lbs 7 oz and 21 inches long (20% in height and 50% on weight). I looked back on Kaylee's 2 month stats and she was 10lbs, 4 oz and 22 inches long. So I guess Brooklyn will be our shortly so far.

Our life has been great lately..very..very busy but great. Chad is planning on racing this weekend so I will get some pic's of the girls firtst race day.

Summer Days

Kaylee and I went to the beach on Friday, we had so much fun! Kaylee was all about running into the water. The water was really smooth and calm, unlike most days in Galveston.

As I had said before, Brooklyn started smiling and I kind of got a couple good pic's. She grins alot bigger but I still can not take the pic in time!

More Pic's

Here are a couple pic's that were requested from Grandma. Kaylee had her surgery on Monday and it went great. It literally took 10 minutes from the time we handed her over to the time they came and got us from the waiting room. She did good after, she wasn't sick or aggressive like they warned us could happen. The only bad thing about the day was that we had to remove her earrings before the surgery....we will see how long it takes to get them back in!

And Time goes By!

Where has my day gone... This is how I feel every day. WE have been out of town alot lately and our short time at home is filled with kiddo's and laundry! We have had a couple moments to hit the pool, I am sure you can tell Kayleeloves that outing! She also had a great time in the refridgerator box at my parents. She spent an entire evening in it. Brooklyn is growing so fast she is almost 2 months old and has the cutest fat rolls. She also just started smiling, I am still trying to catch it on camera. We did have a couple dr's visits though. Brooklyn has thrush and HATES the medicine I have to give her 4 times a day. Kaylee had a viral infection and has ear tube surgery on Monday. I am VERY nervous about the surgery. WE also just made the decision for me to go back to work. We really want to start building our dream home in the next 2 years and we need tp pay off some debt before we can start. Luckily my mom will be able to watch them when I am working and they both will be able to go to Mother Day Out (Which i love). So there is our family update... I will really try and update more often.
